OUR EDUCATORS

Staff

All of our staff at Holy Trinity strive to make the child's day with us an extension of home life --- a day filled with mutual respect, love, warmth and opportunities to learn about the world around them. As a NAEYC Accredited school, we have excellent teacher / child ratios which means your child will get the attention and care that he or she needs to thrive!

Our staff are:

  • Required to complete the National CDA program
  • Background checked and drug tested
  • Receive regular performance evaluations
  • Consistent - there is a very low turnover so children are seeing the same teachers

The Holy Trinity Episcopal School culture nourishes and supports our children and their families.

The school fosters a warm and nurturing environment, using supportive, encouraging language and a positive approach to directing children's behavior toward self-control and making good choices. Interactions between faculty and children are characterized by compassion. An accessible and approachable relationship between school and families is important to Holy Trinity Episcopal School.

We acknowledge the importance of being a positive presence in the community, recognizing, through our Episcopal identity, the need to establish the seeds of Servant Leadership in our children. In addition to involving children in developmentally appropriate opportunities to serve others, we believe the faculty and the staff lead by example, being involved in the Gainesville community in ways that serve to enhance the lives of its residents. As a mission of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, it is important to seek ways to reach into the greater community, expressing and living out our belief that each individual has
