Holy Trinity Episcopal School's brand new facility is located in the heart of Downtown Gainesville, Florida convenient to Shands, the University of Florida and other Downtown establishments.  It is also within minutes driving distance of the Northwest Gainesville business district. 


Holy Trinity offers the following:

HTES Entrance for PR 300

  • A state of the art security system throughout ensuring your child will be safe from drop off to pick up.  Parents will receive a security key or be buzzed in by a receptionist
  • All parents/visitors are required to sign in AND out
  • Indoor activity area for children to develop gross motor skills and for those rainy days when going outside is not possible
  • Chapel on site
  • On-site kitchen
  • Each room is equipped with a sink and bathroom
  • Teachers' lounge and teachers' workroom
  • 2 rooms for each age group equipped with wooden furniture, books, supplies and everything needed to help your child learn and grow

  • Outdoor play areas have 2 separate areas for the older children and younger children

  • Soaking tub for those extreme messy moments that we all know happen

Give us a call to schedule an appointment to visit and tour the school. Meeting with the parent(s) or guardian(s) is a required part of the application process. Prospective parents will have the opportunity to meet with the director.  This is an excellent opportunity to get all of your additional questions answered. Please visit our FAQs page as well.

Infants (6 weeks to 12 months) $950.00 per month
One Year Olds $900.00 per month
Two Year Olds $850.00 per month
3-4 Year Olds $675.00 per month
VPK Wraparound 6:30a - 6p $575.00 per month
VPK Only 8a - 11a no charge, no fees
Application/Registration Fees     $300.00 non-refundable for new enrollees

What are your child to teacher ratios?

Infants - 9 children to 3 caregivers
1-year olds - 8 children to 2 caregivers
2-year olds - 14 children to 2 caregivers
3 to 4-year olds - 16 children to 2 caregivers
4 to 5-year olds - 18 children to 2 caregivers

What is your school term? When can I apply for my child?

No school term. You can apply year-round.


What payment options do you offer?

Call us, stop in at the school, mail a check, pay online through registration form.


Do you provide consistency between home and school?

Yes. We provide consistency between the school and home learning. Our teachers are willing to work with parents on an ongoing basis to make sure it is a positive learning environment for your child.


What age groups are served at your school?

We care for children 6 weeks to 5 years. Each are separated in their own age appropriate classroom.


What type of security measures do you have in place at your school?

We have state of the art security card systems in place.


What are your tuition rates?

What are the qualifications for your staff?

What days are you closed? Do I have to pay for the days you are closed?

New Years Day, MLK Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday Christmas week. Yes, you will pay for these days. It is part of the tutition.


Are vaccinations required for my child to attend HTES?

If your child isn't vaccinated we need from your pediatrician a copy of your child's most recent physical form and it notated "exempt for religious reasons."
